Update guidance on recency #6

So far, it seems that typical recency numbers at steady-state are in the high 50s, not "around 50%." I might update the conditional formatting to change color informatively and update the README to reflect this operational knowledge.

Conditional formatting updated around the following intervals, reflecting high-50s being a standard good place to be:

GREEN - 0.55 - YELLOW - 0.5 - RED
