An early task would be to remove the flat ETL'd solutions from the breakouts repo and move them to here as a single source of truth.

social_golfer_solutions - Internet ETL, design-theoretic constructions, numerical SAT solutions => data structure of SGP solutions
breakouts - data structure of SGP solutions => command-line scheduling
future app - data structure of SGP solutions => in-browser scheduling
