I just ordered a 100-pack of shipping boxes and opened an account with Shippo to ship the shirts, graduating from Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Boxes. This will save me $2.50 per shipment by allowing me to ship these ~8 oz t-shirt packages via the cheaper First-Class Package Service.
Shippo accepts CSV files for batch shipping label creation. A little openpyxl script to turn the unshipped shirts in the inventory control into shipping data would eliminate double data entry, saving time when I put together a batch of t-shirts.
Shippo supplied the following as an exemplary CSV for their uses:
Order Number,Order Date,Recipient Name,Company,Email,Phone,Street Line 1,Street Number,Street Line 2,City,State/Province,Zip/Postal Code,Country,Item Title,SKU,Quantity,Item Weight,Item Weight Unit,Item Price,Item Currency,Order Weight,Order Weight Unit,Order Amount,Order Currency
