Odd Vertical Lines on 480p mode through component. #114

Get these odd vertical lines when using 480p through component. Tried 240p and 480i to 480p and same issue. adjusting oversampling and pll divider++ in development seems to help. issue doesn't show up on other resolutions/vga. First picture is 480p, second is 960p for reference.

Looks like jailbars, which is a complex topic. Possible fixes all depend on where these artefacts develop, but you can try the following:

different VGA output cable
different output resolution / preset
development tab > SD RAM speed (find one that works and helps with the bars)
different power supply for the GBS
using a VGA to HDMI adapter
if the TV has this, the VGA auto adjust function
