Brief Display Dropouts on 240p-480i switch after Clock Gen installed? #134

I noticed that after I installed the clock generator (power and ground wired to the sides of C47) that I am seeing small sync drops when my consoles switch between 240p and 480i. The clock gen works correctly and there's no tearing or detection issues for input sync. Is this normal behavior?
