In normal operation, I get faint vertical interference patterns with an NTSC 22kHz input. (It doesn't happen with PAL, so I assume it's related to 60Hz line noise). If I enable "Snap to 50/60Hz" the interference is almost completely eliminated. However, instead every 10s or so, the picture seems to jump up or down very slightly (possibly one scan line?) What could be causing that behavior?
