I can't connect to the GBS-control's webpage (http://gbscontrol:80 or http://gbscontrol.local/). I can connect to the GBS-c's network, just not the webpage. When I type http://gbscontrol:80 or http://gbscontrol.local/ into google chrome it says "No internet". I tried reinstalling the software on the arduino and checked my solder connections. Is this a software issue or could it be a hardware issue?

Edit: I recently tried to connect to the GBS-c's webpage and it actually did, but it took like 5 minutes. I used a 2nd arduino that I had and I connected to it's webpage instantly.
