When I solder the wires from c48 to the clock gen (soldering GND from c48 to the side of a capacitor and power to the CLK2 pad on the right as shown in this picture):
when I do this and power up the GBS-c the red LED doesn't turn on and the GBS-c won't work until I unsolder the power and GND from the clock gen.
Any idea as to why this is happening?
