[Question] What's the latency of converting 480p to HDMI. Is there a latency test result table? #385

Hi, I want to convert CVBS (NTSC 720x480P 30Hz) into HDMI with the minimum latency. Is GBS Control a good choice? An OSSC addon board is needed to convert CVBS to GBS Control's input format.
