Cannot access online control panel and no video

Hi, I just tried building my own GBS Control today, but so far it has not worked at all.

I followed this tutorial (did not do the SCART specific steps) and double-checked everything on the wiki: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AVXhiTlmgo

I've tried testing the video out with my Wii with component cables (a VGA to HDMI converter goes to my monitor). So far have not gotten any video out from the GBS on my monitor

I have also tried using the online control panel, the "gbscontrol" network does appear, and i can connect to it, but the control panel website does not work.

I have checked the Serial Monitor for an error code and this is what it says after hitting the reset button on the ESP:

I have checked all connections multiple times and cannot figure out what is wrong with my installation. Here are pictures of the assembled unit:

What could be wrong with my installation, and causing all of these issues?
