Sync/Clock Issue #550

Hello!

I have built GBS Control units in the past but I am having a hell of a time with this one. I cannot get a picture out of it for the life of me. Tested a Saturn and genesis using SCART RetroAccess cables - Image comes on for a second then horizontal tearing and it disappears. Tested a Dreamcast using VGA and the screen vertically scrolls then disappears SCART input is a connector I wired in to the white connector behind VGA in 100ohm resistor is added to sync Using an external clock generator wired in Using a GBS2HDMI for output Triad 5v 3a power supply same results on 2 different monitors. Issue with the sync somewhere? Potential bad clock generator? Any ideas appreciated! Logs below Thank you
