Unable to change socket timeout or connection timeout. #145

The ConsumerManager setConnectTimeout() and setSocketTimeout() methods do not 
seem to have any actual effect as HttpCache uses a set of defaults that can not 
actually be changed without editing the openid4java code, unless I am missing 
something.

This is a problem as me.yahoo.com or steampowered.com do often seem to take 
longer than the 3 second timeout.
