Which products are relevant to this feature request?
Google Earth

What should this feature enhancement do?
Allow KML developer ability to automatically display (or not display) the 
Sun via KML.

Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
Currently, the Sun may only be toggled via the "Sun" button
