Use <gx:FlyTo> with <timestamp> #326

Rather than just using <duration> it would be very useful to have 
<timestamp> as part of the tour toolbox

This would allow the tour to dictate specific points and time.  eg Sunrise 
on XXX beach or ISS is currently over this point.

No work-around known
