Import the attached kml file into Google Maps
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
To see what the chart should look like paste the following link (directly taken
from attached kml file) into the browser (I am using Google Chrome):

I expect to see the complete chart in Google Maps.
Instead, the chart displayed in Google Maps (when clicking on the icon) is
missing background colour and axis labels.
What application versions (if any) are you using?
Those current in March 2011
Which operating systems (and/or relevant web browsers) are affected?
Windows XP, Google Chrome (and other browsers)
