either the unitimetable planner wont work, or the spreadsheet from sinet wont dowload

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.going to the 'classes list view' on sinet, and pressing the 'dowload in 
spreadsheet format' button. A message comes up saying it wont dowload. 

2. Using the uni mac computers, I was able to dowload a spreadsheet version of 
my timetable, but it would not open your unitimetable program. So I saved a 
version of my timetable in the spreadsheet format to my H drive, so that I 
could use your program at home (it works on my home computer)Using this method, 
when trying to dowload the spreadsheet into the timetable program a notice box 
comes up saying 'failed to import timetable data'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tying to get the program to work...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.1 on windows 7

please attach your xls file or email it to jack or myself. It is very difficult 
to debug these sorts of problems otherwise.

What Jeremy said. You need to send us your xls file. If you can't download it 
try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). It will not work if you open 
it in Excel and re-save it, you have to save the original file.
