Cannot import timetable. Have made sure it is in class list view and .xls format. #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot import timetable. Have made sure it is in class list view and .xls 
format. To be able to move on to the next step to preview my classes. Instead a 
pop-up reads 'failed to import timetable data'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version on a windows vista.

Please provide any additional information below.
