Can't load timetable from SI net

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have the same issue as someone else, when i try to load my xls file it comes 
up with 'failed to import timetable data'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
most up-to-date version on XP

It's important not to open the file in Excel and save from Excel. You must save 
the file directly from your browser instead of opening it. If your browser 
won't let you do this, try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
