Cannot upload time table #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To upload the timetable. I used list view and in the .xls format but will not 
recognise it where I saved it or in downloads. Cannot upload any files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not my computer, but is a Laptop with what looks like windows xp.

Please provide any additional information below.
