Added HIVb Model #14

Hello, I needed to generate sequences under HIVb model, thus I added it a while ago. The matrix comes from PhyML code: https://github.com/stephaneguindon/phyml/blob/764613e1f335b9956f5021c54069fb258dcb3eaa/src/init.c#L2026 Cheers, Frederic
