Rerooting tree doubles length of old outgroup #159

How to reproduce: Before: Bootstrap value 100 grafik Rooting the tree (either by clicking reroot, root (midpoint and user selection) results in doubling of lenght for the previous root. grafik

In the normal save file the lenght is still set to 100.

Only Exporting to Nexus file writes the 200 length to file. (Workaround: open in editor and reset to 100, then reopen in figtree)

I think this is a known issue with figtree which has been extensively documented: https://academic.oup.com/mbe/article/34/6/1535/3077051

Checkout Phytools, I believe it does proper tree rerooting.
