Default gateway unset after upgrade to v0.20b1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some contacts with default gateway set to Vodafone.
2. Upgrade to the latest beta version.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be no change to the contacts. Instead, all those contacts now have 
no default gateway set.

What version of Esmska are you using? On what operating system?
v0.20b1

If you have problem with a gateway, what its exact name and version is?
(see gateway tooltip)

This is weird.

1. Are you sure those contacts without default gateway set didn't have 
"[CZ]Vodafone samoobsluha" before? Because "[CZ]Vodafone samoobsluha" was 
removed, not "[CZ]Vodafone".

2. Is "[CZ]Vodafone" present in the list of available gateways?

3. All other gateways seem to be present?

4. Do you think you would be able to reproduce the problem again? That means 
restoring Esmska config files from backup (~/.config/esmska/backups on Linux) 
and running Esmska 0.21beta1 again?

1. No. Actually, looking back at the backups, it was "[CZ]Vodafone samoobsluha".
