Single instance mode broken in WinXP #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run program version 0.21 for windows XP
2.send sms
3.close-minimalize program cros right up
4.now is program as icon right down
5.you click to icon on the desktop  = bug  open window with code and program 
instability crash.

Yes, reproduced. This is the workflow:
1. Start sending some message that will ask for captcha and hide the window 
immediately.
2. Cancel the captcha and confirm the error message in the pop "sending 
process" dialog.
3. Run Esmska again.
4. Instead of main Esmska window the "sending process" dialog is displayed, but 
it can't be closed. The main window may be displayed by clicking on the system 
tray icon.

This works better in Win7, nothing happens after running program again (and you 
can still show the main window via system tray icon).

The interesting thing is this problem does not happen after showing History 
window. Where's the difference? Anyway, this is probably a problem in Launch4J 
tool. I wonder if we can do anything about it except turning off single 
instance mode popping up Esmska window (so it would silently do nothing 
instead).

Problém jsem dokázal zopakovat, vyskytuje se pouze na WinXP. Nevím, jestli 
se mi s ním něco podaří udělat, pokusím se.
