Add "Download Source" into Downloads page #385

Just add an section with download source with tag. It is annoying to find it in 
SVN and easy to add to page.

I've added instructions to http://code.google.com/p/esmska/wiki/Source, 
specifically added this link: https://github.com/kparal/esmska/downloads

Is that sufficient?

Great! Thanks! I everytime had to find it out ;) SVN, HG, GIT... every system 
has it own way...
