Feature request: Get diff from the annotate buffer #13

The annotate buffer contains a revision number at each line. It would be
valuable if the vcscommand plugin could open a diff buffer with a changeset
revision equal to the revision at the current line of the annotate buffer.

This seems like confusing default behavior.  It is easy enough to simply copy 
the
revision and then execute:

:VCSDiff "revision"
