SVN Authentication failure with beta 28 #24

I can't access my SVN repository using beta 28. I get a authentication error 
from SVN. It works fine 
using beta 27.

This appears to be an issue with SVN on Mac OS X Leopard. Here is the issue

Some more resolve. This is actually a Mac OS X Leopard bug concerning keychains.
Nothing resolved other then to let the SVN community know that the 
--non-interactive
command fails on Mac OS X Leopard. See article for more info:

Hi. Sorry I didn't get back you earlier. I'm glad you were able to find 
additional information. That's so strange 
that svn on mac uses the keychain! I wonder why it works fine in beta 27. 
Please let me know if I can be of any 
more assistance and keep up the good work!
