No suitable plugin #67

I've installed TortoiseSVN and the vcscommand plugin.

I added this in my vimrc: 
let VCSCommandSVNExec="C:/Progra~1/Tortoi~1/bin/TortoiseProc.exe" 

but whatever I do always receive this message:
VCSCommand: No suitable plugin

What can be the problem?

What does the following show you?

:new
:r!C:/Progra~1/Tortoi~1/bin/TortoiseProc.exe
