Possibly add jump-to-current-line in annotations #9

There is a request to restore the functionality of jumping to the current
line in a new annotation buffer.  This has problems as the newly-annotated
buffer might (and probably does) contain different lines.  However, there
may be room for optional behavior or clever tricks.

For now this has been added with the simple implementation that it only works 
if you
annotate the working copy.  Suggestions for how to intelligently jump in other 
cases
are welcome.
