[BUG]Error when Thetis 2.3.5 beta 2 .is launched, #422

Bug Description

After Launching the Thetis startup is shown, in the Lauch-phase "Setting up controls" after about 5 seconds This Fatal Error pops up: image

  1. OS Windows 11
  2. Version Thetis_x64_2_10_3_5-HL2-beta2
  3. Unpacked towards New Directory c:\ OPENSDR
