[FEATURE] Quicker way to change RX sample rate #513

Since adding the Database Manager three or four more mouse clicks are required to change the rx sample rate.

It would be nice to have a sample rate menue on Thetis main window, pull-down menue or up/down buttons.

Since the DB manager there is 1 more mouse click. Previously you would click Setup from the menu strip, it would show setup. Now you click setup from the strip, then setup from the drop down, so 1 more mouse click.

How often does one change the sample rate?
