Delete patient example 'after' inconsistent with 'before' #15

In before, betsy is highlighted as to be deleted, but in after it shows that roy was deleted. Could be confusing for users.

Reason for changing the severity to "VeryLow": Thank you for finding out the bug! However, it seems like it is a minor layout error that does not affect the usage of the "delete" command.
