Profile UI looks like a form #6

Can consider styling profile UI so that it does not imply that it can be edited. Currently it looks like text boxes.

Reason for changing the severity to "VeryLow": It is a flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect the viewing of the profile.

Reason for "rejecting": The "text fields" are not meant for the users to edit the patient's basic information, but to allow copying of the details.

Reason for disagreement: Since the fact that the "text field" style is to allow copying and not editing is not reflected in the UG, I believe that it would cause most users to assume that it is for editing, and may make them confused when they arre not able to edit it. Hence, it is still a bug, and should not have been rejected.
