[Custom Desktop Watermark] Explorer instability #1246

It causes explorer instability/meltdown. Currently using explorer7, but developers said happens on regular explorer as well. I disabled it and the issue was gone. If this isn't fixed I suggest this mod to be pulled as it can lead to a completely unusable explorer with no clear indication that it causes this to happen.

Should hopefully be fixed with #1248. Mention me here if you get this bug again after updating to 1.0.2.
