[Taskbar Volume Control] Change the size of the displayed volume control #1255

Requesting an option to change the size of the displayed volume control indicator by % TB Vol Control Feature modification similar to what is available in Volume2 where the OSD can be increased by % to make it larger and easier to see. e.g. 200% for use on a 4K display.
