After installing KB5046756 the taskbar won't move only strat menu get relocated when open. @m417z debug.txt

One of the symbols is missing in this build. Note that it's a preview build. Preview builds are a moving target, and compatibility with them is not a high priority. I'll take a look when I have some spare time.
