[Taskbar Height and Icon Size] disappears the weather widget

@m417z The 'icon size' setting doesn't work well with the weather widget - changing it causes the widget's graphics not to show anymore.

It has behaved this way for several weeks now > I noticed the changelog states "Fixed the weather icon disappearing if taskbar icons are centered." from May 31st, 2024, but don't know exactly when the problem popped up > though I feel it's from before that date. Since I'm on a Surface tablet the taskbar's icons are centered so maybe there is still an issue with that setting in place.

I checked it again and it seems to work on my computer.

Also, please attach debug logs by following the instructions on the Troubleshooting page: https://github.com/ramensoftware/windhawk/wiki/Troubleshooting#some-or-all-windhawk-mods-dont-work

• Disable the mod.
• Go to the mod's Advanced tab.
• Set Debug logging to Detailed debug logs.
• Click on Show log output.
• Enable the mod.
• Verify that the mod doesn't work, copy the log and save it to a file.
• Set Debug logging back to None.
