Quick Launch Toolbar for Taskbar Mod

I want to suggest a mod that brings back the Quick Launch feature from older Windows versions.

I don't know if it's possible but I'd really like to have it back and I think many people would as well.

If not possible, It would be cool to have the possibility of placing certain pinned apps wherever you want on the taskbar to highlight them, for example as an option on the "Taskbar height and icon size" mod.

Unpin all your apps from the taskbar, right click and select toolbars and navigate to C:\users\your user\appdata\roaming\microsoft\internet explorer\quick launch and drop all your shortcuts in there and create the toolbar and move it next to the start button and lock the taskbar and done!

There are no toolbars in Windows 11, I can't do that!

The Quick Launch is still included in Windows versions up to Win11 23H2.

Where and how is it enabled? I'm using True Launch Bar now and don't think I want to switch back, but I'm running Win11 23H2 and see no mention anywhere of how to add a Quick Launch Toolbar.

You add quick launch toolbar after right-clicking on the taskbar, then add path %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Are you using Explorer Patcher or Classic Start Menu or similar? If I right-click on the taskbar, I see this:

You should enable the non-metro taskbar, and yes, you can do it with Explorer Patcher or via registry.
