SetTimer #168

I used to be able to use SetTimer in 1.3.1. After updating, my code doesn't work anymore. Is there a reason for this?

Nothing changed regarding SetTimer. It's a Windows API, and it's used by several mods without issues with Windhawk 1.4.1. Please try to come up with a small mod that demonstrates the issue.
