Hi, version 1.4.1

Suddenly when installing any update or new mod I get the following error.

`c:/Program Files/Windhawk/Compiler/lib/clang/15.0.0/include/shaintrin.h:1:44: error: source file is not valid UTF-8

Q-<89>|<䫘]X<88>L<<9E>6ښ`Oc|E}<92><96>[l/$x<8C>C<91><92>FN0ER` However existing mods are continuing to work without error.

I suspect that the mentioned file became corrupted somehow. Please try uninstalling and re-installing Windhawk, and let me know if it helped.
