Request failed #248

When I´m starting Windhawek, I get the Error Massage in the bottom right corner:

"request to https://mods.windhawk.net/catalog.json failed, reason: connect EACCES 104.21.16.237:443"

Sometimes there is a different number at after EACCES.

Tried to deinstalled the Anitvirus etc, but nothing changed.
