Start button icon position adjustment, Show Desktop button border size increase, NotifyIconStack border corners fix to comply with the shape of the tray

Sorry for the mistake, I didn't notice the copy/paste issue. The review is totally fine, you can merge it.

Regarding the Chevron Icon, I noticed the weird behaviour but I couldn't figure out how to correct it even with the help of UWPSpy. Since it doesn't look that bad to me I decided to keep the modification that caused it (i.e. the little margin on the icon), I hope it's not a problem.

no big deal, just wanted to point it out for the future :) I didn't look too much into the chevron icon, but its a bit better now. People in general seem to (IMO) to take issue with misaligned items about as much as janky animations, so I did want to address that as best I could too
