WinXP theme tray area and other small improvements

I undid some of the small changes from https://github.com/ramensoftware/windows-11-taskbar-styling-guide/commit/ab888c436e2df54c0cd4288623eb3ec00d861516, either because I think it looked better before the change, or because I didn't understand its meaning (e.g. I didn't find the Grid#RootGrid > Grid target). LMK if you think some of the changes should stay.

also:

• start icon is properly centered
• task list buttons more spaced (I think they should be closer no?)
• removed useless target
• reverted pseudo-quick access small icons (complaints?)

I have no issue merging this as it is now, just wondering about the task list button spacing and thoughts on the fake quick access
