restarting explorer.exe also didn't fixed an issue изображение windows version is 21H2

Win11 version 21H2 has some problems with XAML diagnostics, sometimes it just doesn't work. The version is no longer supported by Microsoft, so just update to 23H2.

that'll take a while, since microsoft blocked updates in russia (⁠づ⁠｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡⁠)⁠づ thanks for the advice, I'll try it anyway
