A feature the Sony Live View implemented within it's app was the ability to 
easily bring up a list of extensions within the Play store.

They did this by firing an intent with a search filter something like 
com.sony.liveview.extension and extension developers were responsible for 
placing this text in their app's description.

It made finding new extensions really easy.
