Don't refresh weather information after resizing home widget #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add widget Dashclock in the home screen
2.Resize the widget(launcher Apex)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Refresh weather/location information.

What version of the product are you using?
DashClock v1.2

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung Galaxy SII, 4.2.2 (CyanogenMod ROM)

Working as intended. The weather widget refreshes hourly

I have the widget in the home screen. It displays the same location and weather 
for hours, although I've travelled to a different city.
Sometimes it happens with gmail notifications too.
