Updated are not fired for UPDATE_REASON_SETTINGS_CHANGED #242

Changing the extensions settings does not trigger an update. I use the regular 
android shared preferences and when i change something on the preference screen 
an update is not triggered immediately (or the next time the dashclock is 
shown).

UPDATE_REASON_SETTINGS_CHANGED only fires when the user press the checkmark in 
the config activity. This will change in 1.3; it will fire as soon as the 
activity is stopped, regardless if the user pressed the checkmark or not.
