Text Cutoff on Bottom of Date #246

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have DashClock as a lockscreen widget.
2. Use any of the time appearances except the last one (the small one).
3. In minimized mode on the lockscreen, the bottom portion of the date gets
cutoff.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The date should not get cutoff when in minimized mode. Also, (may be part of
same issue), all the text in maximized mode is too big and does not look the
same as it should (ie. compared to the screenshots of the app). Basically,
everything needs to be scaled down slightly on this device. I have no idea how
stuff is coded, but this may have to do how this device is on the low end of
the MDPI spectrum.

What version of the product are you using?

Version 1.2

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?

SGSII LTE/Skyrocket

Please provide any additional information below.

When maximized on the lockscreen, the date is not cutoff, but the text is too
big, and when 3 items are shown, I would have to scroll to see the 3rd item
fully. See attached images:
