Hi! I'd like to add Vietnamese in the next release after v1.4. There are a few 
missing strings though. Would you mind updating? Also, it's easiest if you 
clone the repository and make changes there. If not, attaching the XML files is 
fine too :)

I will clone the project after values_vi is added. For now I have to see diff 
and update translations.
