Add ability provide a custom icon for the extension configuration screen #275

Currently the extension configuration screen takes the icon from the 
application providing the extension. It should be possible to provide a 
extension configuration screen specific icon.

The benefit would be that (among other places) the application overview of the 
device could show a different icon.

Addition: the icon is taken from the service not the application.

Why not just specify a custom icon for the <service>?

The service (in the overview) would show the dashclock icon not the application 
icon. But i admit, this is a very minor issue. Can be closed if you want to.
