Can't Open Settings or Expand Dashclock on Nexus 7 Lock screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn screen off
2.Turn screen on
3.Dashclock is displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I tap on the settings icon, I expect to get the settings to add or remove 
widgets. But it just makes the whole Dashclock widget smaller. Likewise, when I 
try to tap on any of the notifications, the same thing happens. Looks like the 
only I can add or remove anything is by doing it on a widget on my tablet's 
desktop.

What version of the product are you using?
1.3.1

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Nexus 7. Paranoid Android 3 +

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the Nexus 4. When I tap on the settings of the dashclock on the lock 
screen, I get the settings. why is the same thing not happening for the nexus 7?

Sounds like a bug in the paranoid android rom. Works fine with the stock rom on 
the Nexus 7.
